All our beef is raised and finished on our farm to the highest standards of husbandry and animal welfare. Our beef is slaughtered, hung and prepared by a specialist butcher, and then vacuum-packed to provide better protection should you wish to refrigerate or freeze your order at home. Our minimum order for Reaston Hill Beef is the standard pack, to which you can add any additional cuts (see below) that you would like to include in your order. The price and contents of the standard pack, which will weigh approximately 6 kg, are:

All prices include VAT (where applicable). Average pack sizes are guidelines only, and any specific requirements should be discussed by phone to check availability. As well as our standard box (which is selected from the list below), our wide range of quality cuts includes the following:
Topside of beef (£9 per kg, average joint 1-3 kg)
A traditional roasting joint, full of flavour and also excellent for cold sandwiches.
Silverside of beef (£8 per kg, average joint 1.5 kg)
Another favourite roasting joint.
Rolled sirloin (£18 per kg, average joint 1.5 kg)
The best of all joints for its succulent flavour.
Rolled brisket (£7 per kg, average joint 1-1.5 kg)
A favourite for slow cooked pot roasts.
Rib roast (£10 per kg, average single joint 1.5 kg)
The only roast still on the bone, and a traditional favourite.
Fillet steak (£29.50 per kg, sold in packs of 2 steaks, average weight 175-225g/steak)
For that special occasion, this melts in the mouth. The most tender of cuts, and very lean.
Sirloin steak (£19.50 per kg, sold in packs of 2 or 4 steaks, average weight 175-225 g/steak)
Excellent flavour and very tender, this is ideal for grilling or frying.
Rump steak (£13.50 per kg, average weight 330-450 g/steak)
Bursting with flavour, this is an excellent choice for grilling, frying or the barbecue.
Braising steak (£7.50 per kg, sold in packs of 2 steaks, average weight 250-300g/steak)
Well marbled and full of taste for oven braising or casseroles.
Frying steak (£10.00 per kg, sold in packs of 2 steaks, average weight 250g/steak)
The thinnest cut steaks, full of flavour for quick frying, grilling or barbecues.
Diced casserole steak (£6.95 per kg, average weight per pack 500g)
Very tender and tasty, ideal for slow cooking casseroles and stews.
Steak mince(£6.00 per kg, average weight per pack 500g)
Very lean and tasty mince, ideal for a wide range of recipes and excellent with dumplings!
Any of these can be added to the standard selection when ordering.
