Ordering and payment

Orders can be accepted by post, by fax or by phone. For postal or faxed orders, please print out our order form, available as a PDF file or Word document. When you have completed it, please post it to:

Important: please note!

So that we can guarantee that your beef will be available when you need it, all orders must be made at least one month in advance of the date on which you wish to receive it. Your meat will then be prepared by a specialist butcher, and hung for three weeks to ensure the finest standard of tenderness and flavour, before being despatched to you. Delivery is made nationally by overnight courier delivery service.

After slaughtering and hanging, all meat is vacuum packed and then kept chilled in an insulated box before being despatched. On arrival, you should unpack your meat immediately for refrigeration or freezing.

To ensure that our customers receive the highest quality produce, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours at most) should any items be damaged or spoiled. We will then arrange a refund or replacement as soon as possible.

Delivery charges & payment

Delivery charges will depend on the distance and are as follows:
Within 10 miles of Slaley:FREE
10 to 25 miles from Slaley:£10.00
Anywhere in mainland UK:£15.00
Local deliveries can be made by ourselves, within a distance of around 25 miles from Slaley (this includes Newcastle), or you can arrange to collect your order yourself. National orders are sent by overnight courier service, with guaranteed next day delivery.
